Role Overview
- Commercial excellence and hyper-growth through a holistic go-to-market strategy
- Responsible for pricing, packaging and sales processes
- Launch and commercialization of new products
- Build an integrated commercial team composed of Sales, Marketing, Customer Success & Growth
- Create transparency across the entire customer journey through KPIs
Requirements
- Proven track record of scaling organizations under your leadership (as VP/Director Growth or Sales, or CCO/CGO) from €20M to €100M in revenue
- Deep expertise in pricing, packaging, positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Strong German and English skills (C1)
