Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities across key sectors including Oil & Gas, Construction, Financial Services, Technology, Education, Consulting, and Events.
Build and manage a strong sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and relationship building.
Develop cross‑border sales opportunities in collaboration with regional sales teams.
Lead proposal development, pricing, contract negotiations, and deal closure.
Manage designated client accounts with focus on renewals, retention, and account expansion.
Conduct client business reviews to identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities.
Support client onboarding and ensure effective utilization of services.
Maintain accurate and timely updates of all client activities, opportunities, and contracts in Salesforce.
Support invoicing, renewals, and collection of overdue receivables.
Ensure compliance with internal sales, pricing, and governance policies.
Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, Operations, Medical Services, and regional sales teams to deliver effective client solutions.
Requirements
Minimum 5 years of B2B sales experience with strong new‑business acquisition focus
Proven success in consultative or solution‑based selling
Strong negotiation, proposal writing, and presentation skills
MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN SELLING TO EVENTS or OIL & GAS COMPANIES WITHIN THE UAE
Ability to engage senior decision‑makers
Business‑related degree or diploma
Fluent English (additional regional language an advantage)
