Manage the work of two Scrum teams, promoting clear communication and collaboration
Be the primary point of contact for stakeholders from other teams; gather and share information on tickets/tasks from other teams to keep everyone informed and aligned
Coordinate and prioritize tasks between the teams to achieve project goals
Implement established processes to synchronize your teams’ work with other teams and enhance project execution
Facilitate team ceremonies (sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives) to encourage collaboration and continuous improvement
Monitor project timelines to ensure timely delivery
Maintain clear documentation of project progress, decisions, and processes
Requirements
2+ years of hands-on IT project management experience
Strong grasp of project management theory
Excellent communication skills for effective stakeholder collaboration
Solid understanding of Scrum (principles, roles, ceremonies, etc.)
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Bitbucket/Git, and Jenkins
Upper-Intermediate English level
Good prioritization and time-management skills
Keen attention to detail, concentration, and multitasking abilities
Ability to maintain project schedules and keep team focus
Flexibility, persistence, and strong negotiation skills
Technical background or eagerness to learn the project’s technical aspects (Desirable)
Experience coordinating multiple Scrum teams simultaneously (Desirable)
Experience working in multicultural environments and with English-speaking teams (Desirable)
