Lead execution of digital activation campaigns across Amazon platforms
Partner with Amazon Sales team to build eCommerce activation plans
Collaborate with Marketing and Brand teams to determine product mix and messaging
Manage A&P budgets and optimize media spend
Leverage analytics tools to analyze campaign performance and optimize media mix
Execute setup and management of campaigns in alignment with business goals
Support on strategic projects around content development for Amazon marketing campaigns
Requirements
BS/BA or University degree in Business or similar field
2-4 years of digital marketing and/or eCommerce work experience
Demonstrated ability to drive improvement of digital KPIs via a strong analytical mindset
Strong communication skills with an ability to educate and influence cross-functional teams, key stakeholders, and external partners regarding the opportunity in this unique channel
Strong problem-solving capabilities with a record of finding feasible solutions to complex problems, especially in a fluid, multi-stakeholder environment with incomplete information and tight timeline
Experience working in a consumer-packaged goods (CPG), fast-moving consumer goods (FMCG), consumer durables industry, and/or Retail strongly preferred
Experience with Amazon Advertising and/or Retailer Media a plus
