About this role
Role Overview
Lead the full digital media planning process including developing detailed digital media briefs
Review, approve, and oversee the activation of digital media plans with agency partners
Monitor and optimize in-flight campaigns, assessing performance and guiding agencies to maximize KPIs and ROI
Manage relationships with internal teams and external agencies
Support annual and ongoing campaign planning
Drive learning, innovation, and best-in-class digital execution
Requirements
5+ years of digital media planning and execution experience
Media agency background strongly preferred
Experience managing digital campaigns across display, programmatic, social, SEM, and other paid digital tactics
Proven track record in media strategy, planning, and buying
Experience working with or managing high media budgets and complex campaign structures
Familiarity with measurement frameworks, KPIs, optimization processes, and test-and-learn methodologies to drive performance and insights
