You are responsible for managing and optimizing digital and analog Out of Home (OOH) campaigns.
You handle agency support in the back office, including processing availability requests, placing option holds and processing orders (Programmatic & IO).
You enter bookings in the internal booking tools and independently monitor contractual conditions and budgets.
You review campaigns on both quantitative and qualitative levels and analyze optimization opportunities, including campaign monitoring, troubleshooting and bug identification.
You provide advice on possible campaign implementations, including the creation, optimization and delivery of creative assets.
You maintain close coordination with various departments to ensure smooth order processing (e.g., Sales, Controlling, Implementation, Market Research, Marketing).
You support project work (e.g., tool rollouts, process optimizations or product launches).
Requirements
You have completed commercial vocational training (e.g., Industrial Clerk or Clerk for Marketing Communications) or hold a comparable qualification (e.g., a degree in Marketing, Communications or Media Management).
You have relevant professional experience, ideally in back-office roles within the media environment or in operational campaign management (at least 3 years).
You have solid skills in MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ideally experience with CRM systems.
You have a good grasp of new topics, work in a solution-oriented and structured way, and have a strong quality awareness.
You have excellent communication skills and enjoy working in a team.
You have a good technical understanding and a passion for learning and optimizing technical processes.
You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
