Customer Advisor, After-Sales (Automotive)

Role Overview

• Receive, welcome and advise customers
• Prepare estimates and repair orders
• Sell additional products
• Organize and coordinate technical interventions with the service workshop
• Prepare invoices and manage customer follow-ups/reminders
• Ensure customer satisfaction in accordance with the group's quality standards

Requirements

• Proven experience in a similar role (automotive or service sector)
• Autonomous, detail-oriented, service-minded, well organized and with excellent interpersonal skills
• Ability to work in a team and a strong focus on customer satisfaction
