Part of the small admin team and responsible for all IT activities within the organization
Shaping and further developing processes in IT administration
Ensuring availability, performance and security of the IT infrastructure
Analyzing and coordinating requirements or resolving technical issues that arise

Collaboration with relevant internal stakeholders and clients as well as external service providers
Requirements
Solid IT education (HTL, FH or university) or equivalent
3 years of experience in IT administration in a comparable environment
Experience administering at least three of the following areas: networks, firewalls, Netscaler, VMware vSphere, Windows domains & Entra ID, Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Exchange Server (on-premises), automation (PowerShell, etc.), Linux, Docker, strong MS Office skills
Good German language skills, written and spoken (including documentation)
Analytical, solution-oriented thinking
Independent, precise and responsible working style
High social competence and communication skills
Interest in working for a non-profit organization and alignment with the organization's mission
