About this role
Role Overview
Collect and process behavioral evaluations, standardized videos, and motor exams during clinical appointments for the Movement Disorders Center
Maintain and update computer database of behavioral testing data
Log forms received and file as appropriate
Prepare reports from the database to include weekly reports and other reports as requested
Receive and disseminate study-related regulatory documents and correspondence
Assist in screening documents for completeness and compliance with protocol and appropriate regulations
Investigate incomplete, inaccurate or missing documents to ensure accuracy and completeness of data
Communicate and coordinate with other study personnel as required
Attend routine meetings and other meetings related to the clinical research
Requirements
High school diploma or equivalent high school certification or combination of education and/or experience
1 Year Customer Service experience
No specific certification/professional license is required for this position
