Managing and advising our performance marketing clients (email, Awork, calls), including preparing, conducting, and following up on meetings
Developing cross-channel marketing recommendations (Google Ads, Meta/LinkedIn/TikTok Ads, organic & paid) based on goals, funnel, and data
Translating client goals into concrete actions: briefings, prioritization, implementation proposals, and testing roadmaps
Day-to-day operational contributions: campaign planning, account structuring, ad/creative requirements, quality checks, and ongoing optimization together with the performance team
Creating clear creative and copy briefs for designers/video editors and coordinating internal execution (task distribution, tracking timelines)
Monitoring & reporting: analyzing performance data, deriving learnings, and presenting them clearly for clients (insights & next steps)
Ensuring structured collaboration: documenting to-dos, improving processes, and acting as the interface between clients and the team

Advanced bachelor's or master's studies (e.g., business administration, marketing, communications, media, business psychology, or similar)
Excellent communication skills: confident on calls, clear in emails/chats, professional demeanor with clients
Strong interest in performance marketing and digital channels (Google Ads, social media ads, tracking/attribution basics, funnel thinking)
Ability to think analytically and derive concrete action recommendations from data (e.g., KPIs like CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR)
Structured, independent work style and good sense for prioritization and project organization (you keep topics actively together)
Hands-on mentality: willing to work operationally and take on responsibility
Experience with tools like Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, Awork/Pipedrive/Brevo, etc., is a plus (not required)
Very good German language skills (C1+) and good English skills
