Role Overview
- Address the individual motor insurance needs of clients in the industrial and commercial sectors
- Identify appropriate motor insurance solutions
- Negotiate on behalf of clients
- Manage tenders, debt collection, claims handling, contract preparation, and data maintenance
Requirements
- Completed vocational training as an Insurance and Financial Services Clerk or a relevant university degree, or equivalent
- Knowledge of motor vehicle insurance
- Ideally, experience with large fleet accounts
- A passion for customer service and building close client relationships
- Comfortable embracing a strong team-oriented mentality
