Requirements
- Completed vocational training (or equivalent)
- Career changers welcome
- Ability to work independently
- Willingness to make decisions and take responsibility for them
- Lead-by-example mentality and strong motivational skills
- Driver's license Class B (formerly FS3)
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel desirable
- Practical experience in field service and/or team leadership preferred
