Ensure timely product receiving operations
Ensure that inventory products are managed, picked, loaded and shipped in accordance with operational objectives
Generating UIT codes for trucks loaded from the factories
Prepare logistics reports
Complete logistics data file for IKA customers
Informs internal customers about upcoming 3PL shipments
Communicates to customer service the availability of 3PL products
Resolves issues related to: carrier reservations, unloads, changes or updates to data logistics
Creates BOM in PIS
Tests new decorations, price negotiation with 3PL, pallet testing
DDN analysis support
Continuously checks the stock of promotional materials and productions
Prepares customized reports and analyses upon special request, only with the approval of the direct manager
Complete and update 3PL data with new embellishment codes and their logistics
Establish production plans for the next week and send files to FM Logistic
Validate freight invoices

Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or a related subject
2 years’ experience in a similar position in a fast-paced environment
Understanding and use of procurement skills for negotiation
Knowledge of transportation and custom regulations
Experience in data analysis and reporting
Experience or understanding of supply chain best practices (e.g.: Kanban, Just in Time, Kaizen)
Fluent English and Romanian
