In this role, you will support the launch of a new partner‑focused support offering by driving program structure, operational rigor, and executive‑level communication across a large portfolio of work.
You will manage 20+ concurrent workstreams, maintain a master program schedule, coordinate cross‑functional activities, and ensure leadership has clear, concise, and visually compelling updates.

Manage a large portfolio of programs and workstreams, including master timelines, dependencies, risks, and mitigations.
Coordinate meetings, drive follow‑ups, and ensure accountability across 20+ active workstreams.
Develop and deliver executive‑ready presentations, including clear visual storytelling suitable for senior leadership reviews.
Plan and coordinate activities related to product rollouts, operational readiness, partner success initiatives, or other complex non‑IT programs.
Present proposals, findings, status reports, and strategic recommendations to leadership and cross‑functional teams.
Analyze resource needs, market dynamics, and business requirements to assess feasibility and guide program direction.
Collaborate with management, operations, marketing, and delivery teams to define project specifications and operational procedures.
Review, recommend, or approve contracts, cost estimates, and change proposals.
Provide leadership, mentorship, and oversight to ensure team members maintain strong performance and competence.
Consult with internal stakeholders and partners to align on program specifications, success criteria, and deliverables.
Requirements
8–10 years of experience in program or portfolio management, preferably in a complex technical, support, or service‑oriented environment.
Demonstrated ability to manage large, multi‑workstream portfolios and deliver structured program governance and reporting.
Strong experience creating executive‑level slideware and visual storytelling (PowerPoint required).
Excellent verbal and written communication, stakeholder management, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and manage multiple simultaneous efforts.
Strong understanding of business operations, resource planning, production processes, and strategic planning principles.
Proficiency in common productivity and project management tools (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, MS Project, Visio).
Ability to work aligned to Pacific Standard Time (±1 hour).
Submission of executive‑ready slide samples (and optional project plans) with application.
