Develop and manage project plans for CRM integration projects.
Involved in every aspect of the project: discovery, implementation, UAT, change management, and integrations.
Manage project scope, assess requirements, and communicate with stakeholders for successful delivery.
Partner with Resource Managers to accurately predict and allocate necessary resources.
Create and manage budgets reflecting scope of work and resource requirements.
Complete, distribute, and store all project documentation.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates aligning with client goals.
Articulate problems and coordinate solutions with urgency.
Analyze project performance, identify areas for improvement, and manage project risks.

A bachelor's degree or equivalent in Computer Science, Information Science, or similar field.
Mid-level years of experience at a senior level working on systems integrations / CRM implementations projects.
Proficiency in Project Management Methodologies, preferably with formal training.
Experience in a Consultancy, Agency, or Software development organization is highly desirable.
