Serve as the first point of contact for the HR department, handling employee inquiries and supporting the HR team with scheduling, communications, and file management
Administer site-level payroll auditing and processing weekly.
Maintain and generate reports using SAP Master Data
Plan and lead employee and community events that reflect our culture and values
Coordinate onboarding and exit processes, including IT setup and workspace assignments
Manage the site’s job posting system and track internal movements
Continuously identify and implement process improvements to enhance HR operations
Requirements
A high school diploma or equivalent is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred
At least two years of experience in administrative support or as an HR coordinator, preferably within a manufacturing setting
Demonstrated strong organizational abilities and meticulous attention to detail
Proven capacity to maintain confidentiality and appropriately manage sensitive information
Highly motivated self-starter who excels in dynamic, fast-paced environments with minimal supervision
