Act as a strategic Human Resources partner to leadership, staying close to the business/service areas and influencing the transformation and evolution of those areas.
Act as a facilitator with internal clients: diagnose needs, seek alternatives, promote agility in responses, and anticipate trends to effectively contribute to achieving their results.
Ensure the implementation of institutional programs and actions for people development and management (e.g., Climate Survey, Competency Assessment, Diversity).
Identify needs and opportunities in client areas and build solutions in partnership with managers, HR specialist areas and external vendors.
Promote a culture of caring for employees, developing people and feeding HR with opportunities for growth.
Support topics related to career and succession planning to enable people’s development within the program.
Work on Human Resources projects, monitoring targets, communication plans, and presenting results and indicators.
Ensure compliance with administrative processes arising from the area’s activities.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Psychology or related fields.
Proven experience in Human Resources with a generalist view, acting as a Business Partner and leading HR processes and projects focused on organizational development.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 and SAP HR.
Languages: English and Spanish (a plus).
Experience in the manufacturing industry is desirable.
