Role Overview

• Supports functional strategies as an Engineering & Development Services (EDS) contact for BV Market Sectors
• Collaborates with Market Sector Solutions Leaders, project leadership, and Strategic Growth organizations to understand business strategies
• Monitors project challenges and elevates to EDS Leadership
• Works with leaders on strategy for improvements to processes and tools
• Individual Contributor

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, HR-related, or other related technical discipline
• 7+ years’ proposal and client relationship experience in one of BV's markets
• Experience with managing and delivering Services or EPC proposals and projects
• Understands business on a global scale and that different approaches work in different places
• Proposal knowledge
