Lifecycle Marketing Manager

Role Overview

• Own the email content calendar and lifecycle campaign strategy
• Develop weekly campaign briefs, messaging direction, segmentation strategy, and offer positioning
• Lead lifecycle flow strategy (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, winback, etc.)
• Create structured quarterly testing roadmap
• Manage and direct email design agency
• Review and edit agency copy to ensure brand voice
• Analyze performance data and provide insights

Requirements

• Deep understanding of Black women’s hair, extensions, natural textures, and styling methods.
• Impeccable taste with a strong understanding of elevated, modern Black beauty aesthetics.
• Extremely detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong direct-response copywriter.
• Strong content planning and research skills.
• Strong SMS marketing foundation with hands-on experience.
• Familiarity with RFM segmentation, LTV metrics, and retention reporting.
• Data-comfortable in reading performance reports.
• Experience working with subscriptions and retention marketing is a plus.
• AI-curious and open to leveraging efficiency tools.

Benefits

• Base salary of $100,000–$110,000
