Establishing and builds strong, senior level client relationships with key account
Responsible for coordinating the account (including managing service and application costing)
Develop profitable business with designated account(s) and retain and intensify long-term customer relationships with established accounts
Coordinating strongly internally to ensure consistent way of working as perceived by the key account
Managing trade receivables and delivery/invoicing claims
Expanding sales, introducing new products/applications to clients and organizing visits to current and/or potential key accounts
Submitting short and long-range customer relationship plans, assessing the future need of the client and preparing sales strategies utilizing available marketing programs to reach nominated targets
Supporting the development of demand forecast in own area
Attracting, developing, and motivate team of technicians and expert engineers
Identifying need for resources according to customer needs and negotiating internally the allocation of these resources
Requirements
Seasoned professional knowledge in sales
Bachelor’s degree in chemistry or Chemistry Engineer
Fluent in English
