About this role
Role Overview
Conduct proactive outreach (cold emails, cold calls, LinkedIn, and professional networks);
Participate in internal and sponsored events to generate new opportunities;
Qualify outbound leads based on ICP and buying stage;
Develop targeted prospecting lists and strategies;
Schedule sales meetings and track leads in the CRM;
Collaborate with Sales Executives to ensure an efficient handover;
Work closely with the Marketing team on targeted outbound campaigns.
Requirements
Proactive, hunter profile with a results-driven mindset;
Ability to build rapport and connect with decision-makers;
Ability to adapt messaging according to the audience;
Mastery of prospecting and lead qualification techniques;
Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Ploomes);
Preferred: experience with outbound or consultative B2B sales;
