About this role
Role Overview
Identify and research target accounts aligned with Ampliphi’s Ideal Customer Profile (ICP)
Execute structured outbound campaigns via email, phone, LinkedIn, and other channels
Build and maintain high-quality prospect lists
Book qualified meetings and product demonstrations for Account Executives
Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect needs, challenges, and buying timelines
Qualify opportunities based on defined criteria (budget, authority, need, timeline, fit)
Ensure smooth handoff of qualified leads to Account Executives
Accurately document all activities and interactions in HubSpot
Maintain clean and organized records of contacts, companies, and opportunities
Track outreach performance and conversion metrics
Work closely with marketing to align messaging and campaigns
Provide feedback on market response and competitive positioning
Contribute insights to improve outreach strategy and targeting
Daily/weekly outbound activity targets
Meetings booked per month
Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs) generated
Pipeline value created
Conversion rates from outreach to meeting
Requirements
1–3 years of experience in BDR, SDR, or inside sales in a B2B SaaS environment
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach and high activity levels
Experience using HubSpot or similar CRM systems
Highly organized, disciplined, and results-driven
Experience selling into Ampliphi’s target vertical
Familiarity with consultative or value-based selling
Experience working within a private equity–backed or portfolio company environment
