Role Overview
- Execute & improve Thumbtack’s paid search strategy
- Manage, optimize, and grow the SEM program across Google and Microsoft
- Develop experimentation roadmap for ad copy, keywords, bidding and more
- Partner with cross-functional teams to build automation and scalable tools
- Own the tracking, attribution, and measurement of performance metrics
Requirements
- 8+ years experience in paid digital advertising
- Proven track record of improving and scaling ad programs
- Demonstrated experience improving SEM campaign performance
- Ability to manage relationships with ad vendors
- Ability to define and execute on a 6-12 month roadmap
- Experience with TROAS + LTV bidding
- Strong data analytics skills
- Strong fluency with generative AI and automation tools
