Contract monitoring: track deadlines, SLAs, compliance, and supplier/third‑party performance
Support the operation and development of the digital channel
Conduct performance analyses and contribute to implementation/expansion according to the action plan
Perform periodic analyses of market practices and propose adjustments to models
Monitor partnership and digital channel revenues
Monitor KPIs and recommend process and communication improvements
Keep documentation, amendments, and renewals up to date
Work in partnership with commercial/sales, operations, marketing, technology, and customer service

Bachelor's degree (or equivalent) in a related field
Previous experience managing/overseeing contracts, suppliers, and digital sales channels
Experience in partner relationship management and supporting project execution (operational PMO)
Analytical, data
and results-oriented
Ability to define metrics and perform comparative analyses
Strong communication and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders
Basic knowledge of sales and performance metrics
