About this role
Role Overview
Servicing walk-in customers
Answering customer inquiries
Providing samples and completing sales transactions
Ensuring effective and efficient coordination between the company and its customers
Providing customer account management including order entry and product information
Processing faxes and preparation of reports
Addressing customer inquiries and order issues from order entry to delivery
Participating in special projects and performing additional duties as required
Requirements
High School Diploma or GED equivalency required
3+ years call center or customer service experience
Focus on customer account management preferred
Prior textile industry knowledge is preferred
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Good voice quality that is conversational and professional
Ability to interpret and follow oral and written instructions, policies, guidelines, and processing standards
Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal relationship-building skills
Moderate level of computer skills in Word and Excel
Detail-oriented with the ability to multitask
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
