Role Overview
- lead the development and implementation of supply chain and product industrialization projects
- manage scope, cost, schedule, and risk while ensuring alignment across departments
- monitor project budgets and timelines to ensure disciplined execution and successful outcomes
- represent Product Industrialization (PI) on cross-functional Core Teams
- lead cross-functional PI teams to successfully implement new products and product changes
- manage comprehensive project documentation and process deliverables
Requirements
- 5+ years of experience leading cross-functional supply chain or manufacturing projects
- solid understanding of New Product Implementation, Lifecycle Management
- proficiency in Microsoft Project and Gantt chart development (preferred)
- working knowledge of SAP, Product Data Management (PDM), PowerPoint, Visio, Word, and Excel
- strong understanding of manufacturing production processes and product changes impact
- Bachelor's degree in Management, Operations, Engineering, or closely related field
