Completed professional training in hotel management or graduation from a secondary or higher vocational school.
Several years of experience in the hotel industry and at the front desk.
Proven experience in revenue optimization and revenue management.
Excellent communication and leadership skills.
Enjoy working with people and being part of a team.
Passion for first-class customer service and hospitality.
Confident user of MS Office.
Very good German and good English skills.
