We are looking to hire a highly capable, self-motivated, and organized Office Manager for a full-time position.
Responsibilities
- Own and manage all day-to-day office operations, ensuring a well-functioning, organized, and welcoming work environment.
- Manage vendor relationships, service providers, and office infrastructure (supplies, equipment, maintenance, facilities).
- Lead all administrative aspects related to business travel, including policies and coordination with the travel agent.
- Partner with the Finance team on various processes, such as procurement procedures, employee expense reports and payroll-related tasks.
- Support employee lifecycle processes, including onboarding and offboarding logistics.
- Drive and support cross-functional operational projects as needed.
- Identify process gaps and implement improvements to increase efficiency and employee experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in office management or administrative roles within a fast-paced, high-growth environment.
- Fluent English (written and spoken) - mandatory.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; ability to quickly adopt and work with new systems (e.g., Mesh, HiBob, financial and operation tools).
- Proven ability to independently manage multiple parallel priorities with high accuracy and ownership.
- Hands-on experience with purchasing workflows and supplier coordination.
- Strong execution skills with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally.
- High availability and responsiveness during business hours.
- Bachelor’s degree (advantage).
**Please note the position requires at least 4 days per week in the office.
