Manage patient documents and ensure timely, accurate distribution of medical records.
Serve as the primary contact for communication with healthcare providers, hospitals, and medical facilities.
Request and follow up on medical records, diagnostic reports, and imaging studies via calls and emails.
Support families in scheduling visits and coordinating care delivery processes.
Build meaningful relationships with parents as part of the support team.
Collaborate with internal teams and departments to ensure a seamless Abby Care experience.
Requirements
Excellent communication skills; strong attention to detail, analytical thinking, and organization.
Communication is critical for this role, which involves extensive follow-up, tracking, coordination, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Bachelor’s degree in Nursing, Healthcare Administration, Medical Records Management, or a related field (preferred).
Minimum of 2+ years of experience in analysis, administrative, or operations roles (e.g., Care Delivery Administrator, Operations Analyst/Specialist, Care or Service Coordinator).
Experience in Medical Billing, Medical Payroll Processing, and QA is preferred.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to solve problems creatively.
Commitment to going above and beyond for families.
Comfortable managing dynamic responsibilities and providing cross-functional support.
Proficient in CRM platforms such as Salesforce, with hands-on experience using Google Drive and other cloud-based tools.
