- Teach learning content and practical methods in digital sales
- Work closely with our tutors to implement exercises and coaching effectively
- Serve as a point of contact for questions and provide individual support to participants
- Promote learners’ progress and maintain motivation throughout the course
- Contribute to the development of our curriculum with your experience and ideas
Requirements
- Professional experience in sales (B2B, B2C, FMCG, SMCG) is essential
- Initial experience in adult education / professional training
- Excellent German communication skills and enjoyment working with people
- Pedagogical skills and didactic understanding
- Strong organizational skills and team spirit
- Creativity and enthusiasm for innovation to help evolve our course offerings
