Produce new revenue by identifying, sourcing, and closing good-fit prospects.
Work under compressed deadlines in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
Perform outbound prospecting activity (40-50 per day) to generate, manage, and grow a pipeline of qualified prospects.
Handle all aspects of the sales effort from prospecting to closing to Customer Success handoff.
Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Guide customers through a complex decision-making process.
Maintain a clean pipeline and accurately forecast revenue.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications or related field desirable and one to three years relevant experience, or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
1-3 years of successful sales experience ideally in a SaaS B2B selling environment.
High level of comfort with technology.
Excellent interpersonal skills (Written and Oral Communication, Listening).
Collaborative approach and coachable mentality.
Proven ability to make strong connections and overcome objections.
Knowledge of Health and Life Insurance industry preferred.
Self-motivated with a true passion to meet and exceed measurable sales goals.
