Serve customers in alignment with the sales strategy, focusing on sales KPIs such as market share, service level, out-of-stock (rupture), days of inventory, margin, price management, and share of shelf/facing, among others;
Daily planning and focus to achieve targets: Financial, Assortment and Coverage;
Field visits to understand, address and support clients' specific needs and development opportunities;
Identify opportunities for technical training on our products and coordinate customer training sessions with the Medical Demand team;
Develop categories at points of sale (POS), ensuring rapid introduction of new product launches;
Act as Nestlé’s reference for customer retention and engage with relevant stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree completed;
Valid and current driver’s license (CNH);
Analytical profile with strong numerical skills, data analysis capability, and the ability to create presentations; proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel and PowerPoint);
Good communication, sense of ownership, end-to-end business perspective, and commercial negotiation skills;
Knowledge of the Pharma channel and key performance indicators.
