About this role
Role Overview
Lead consultative commercial presentations aligned with the client’s pains and needs;
Conduct negotiations and close sales with assertiveness;
Plan and organize the sales routine with discipline and a results focus;
Keep CRM up to date and perform consistent follow-ups;
Continuously reflect on approaches, lessons learned and opportunities to improve the process;
Collaborate with the team, sharing best practices and creatively building solutions.
Requirements
Previous experience selling services/B2B is essential, preferably in Software/ERP;
Affinity with technology, innovation and a collaborative culture;
Strong communication, active listening and the ability to build rapport with different client profiles;
Adaptable, resilient profile with analytical thinking;
Organized and autonomous in managing own schedule and results;
High school diploma required (currently enrolled in higher education is a plus);
