Identify incremental growth opportunities through advanced audience targeting, seasonal programs, beta ad products, and data-driven experimentation.
Manage and optimize a $30M+ annual retail media budget to maximize efficiency, ROAS, and sell-through.
Drive Performance & Accountability
Own performance measurement across key KPIs including ROAS, CTR, CVR, share of voice, and incremental sales lift.
Continuously optimize campaigns through A/B testing, creative insights, budget reallocation, and performance diagnostics.
Translate complex media data into clear business recommendations and action plans.
Ensure retail partners do not become operational bottlenecks — proactively driving clarity, alignment, and accountability to protect business outcomes.
Lead Cross-Functional Integration
Partner closely with Account Management, Brand Marketing, Integrated Marketing, Social, Strategic Sales, Finance, and Analytics teams to ensure cohesive and strategically aligned media plans.
Leverage SharkNinja’s social and demand-generation engines to amplify retail media effectiveness.
Collaborate with agency partners to oversee campaign setup, trafficking, pacing, optimization, and reporting.
Serve as the retail media thought leader within the organization, elevating best practices and driving innovation.

Requirements
5+ years of experience in retail media, performance marketing, or digital media strategy.
Deep expertise across retailer media networks (Target Roundel & Best Buy Ads preferred).
Proven experience managing large-scale media budgets ($10M+).
Strong analytical mindset with fluency in performance metrics and retail measurement frameworks.
Experience working cross-functionally within a fast-paced, high-growth organization.
Ability to operate with urgency, ownership, and accountability.
