Department Builder: You will professionally build the Customer Success organization from the ground up, define clear structures, KPIs and processes, and thereby directly relieve our founders.
Strategy & Retention: You will develop the long-term CS strategy – from onboarding playbooks to upsell opportunities and churn prevention – and ensure our customers realize maximum value from our platform.
Leadership & Culture: You will build a high-performing team, foster a consultative culture and act as a mentor for your direct reports.
Voice of the Customer: You will serve as the strategic interface between customers, product and sales to feed market feedback directly into our roadmap.
Operational Excellence: You will implement the necessary tools and dashboards (CSMs, CRM) to make customer health and success measurable and scalable.

SaaS Leadership: You bring many years of experience in a senior CS role in a fast-growing SaaS environment and have successfully built teams and structures.
Scaling Expertise: You know how to move from early stage to scaling and have a deep understanding of B2B enterprise workflows.
