Actively engage with the One Forma crowd pool and attract qualified contingent workers for AI projects.
Conduct initial screening to assess candidate suitability for various projects.
Guide candidates through the application and onboarding process to ensure a seamless experience.
Collaborate with the Project Recruitment Lead to understand project-specific hiring needs.
Propose suggestions to improve recruitment processes and workflows.
Maintain accurate records of candidate outreach, recruitment funnel metrics, and hiring performance.
Provide regular updates to internal stakeholders on recruitment progress and challenges.
Ensure adherence to all local labor laws and Centific recruitment policies.
Maintain confidentiality and data security during the recruitment and onboarding process.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in recruiting.
Excellent communication skills to engage with candidates by email.
Previous knowledge on e-mail campaigns engagement.
Previous experience in the recruitment for AI data OR experience in volume hiring in other industries preferred.
Fluent in English, other foreign languages are a plus.
Basic familiarity with Microsoft Office 365 including Outlook, Excel.
