Account Manager – Small Store

Role Overview

• Serve as primary contact between Coke Northeast management and store owners
• Collaborate with distributors, retailers, and internal teams
• Educate and excite customers about our beverage portfolio
• Analyze customer needs and business trends
• Ensure brands and packages sold align with consumer demographics
• Sell incremental displays, equipment placements, and promotional programs
• Maintain appropriate inventory levels and promotional signage
• Ensure merchandising standards are met
• Address and resolve customer concerns or discrepancies

Requirements

• Valid driver's license
• access to reliable vehicle
• acceptable driving record
• 1+ years of relevant sales experience preferred
• high school diploma, GED or equivalent required
• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• ability to regularly lift, push and pull up to 55 pounds
• proficiency in using company software and sales tools
• exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
