Develop and execute multi-year strategic account plans aligned with Integer’s growth objectives
Build and maintain relationships with senior executives (VP and C-suite) at major OEM customers
Drive revenue growth through strategic opportunity identification, acquisition, and retention
Provide feedback on market trend analysis, competitive intelligence, and forecasting
Mentor Account Managers, providing guidance on strategic selling, negotiation, and account development
Ensure adherence to Integer’s values, regulatory requirements, and quality standards

Minimum 8–10 years of progressive sales experience in the medical device or related industry
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
Proven success in complex solution sales and multi-year contract negotiations
Deep understanding of medical device and/or contract manufacturing industry
Expertise in strategic account planning, executive engagement, and value-based selling
Financial acumen to assess deal impact and profitability
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
Proficiency in Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and CRM tools
