Act as a strategic consultant to leaders, providing insights on climate, performance and team development.
Continuously review the area’s structure, assessing client needs and people capabilities to ensure optimal team utilization.
Diagnose and propose engagement, development and retention actions based on HR data and metrics.
Conduct analyses of organizational risks and opportunities, prioritizing sustainable actions aligned with the company’s culture.
Support resolution of complex, strategically impactful cases, fostering healthy work environments.
Monitor handovers, team changes and performance calibration processes, ensuring consistency and risk mitigation.
Contribute to succession, recognition, training, mentoring and feedback programs.
Ensure people-management practices comply with internal policies and applicable legislation.
Support inclusion, diversity, mental health and recruitment initiatives in partnership with specialist teams.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with internal stakeholders, facilitating strategic dialogues and workshops.

Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Human Resources Management or related fields.
Solid understanding of data analysis and management of HR metrics.
Familiarity with Artificial Intelligence.
Strong influencing skills, conflict management, adaptability and systemic thinking.
Results-oriented mindset, ethics/confidentiality and assertiveness.
Previous experience as an HRBP or in organizational development.
Intermediate to advanced English is desirable.
