About this role
Role Overview
Provides interior design advice and product expertise, facilitating tile and stone selection.
Logs all client showroom visits, contact information, and detailed customer preference notes in CMT.
Communicates with customers and internal team members for lead follow-up and sales closure.
Prospects for new business, focusing on Custom Builders and Residential Designers.
Maintains showroom samples and merchandising, ordering and receiving models and displays.
Plans and hosts showroom tours and events to drive customer sales.
Requirements
A four-year degree in a related field or a combination of a two-year degree with two years of related experience.
Sales/Customer engagement/Customer service skills.
Design, sketching, reading blueprints, color coordination, interior design trends expertise.
Creative thinking and ability to conceptualize innovative solutions.
Computer skills – MS Office, MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint; Customer management tools a plus.
Excellent oral, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills necessary to interact with customers and team members effectively.
