Achieve sales, order and margin targets for GEHC strategic customers while managing costs within the approved budget
Build long-term, strategic customer relationships to deliver value beyond the transaction
Develop a business plan and strategy to identify and capture new business opportunities across all GEHC products and services
Maintain continuous relationships with key customers, understand their initiatives and priorities, and keep the GEHC Region Manager, Zone Manager and responsible product leadership informed and engaged
Establish and deepen relationships at the executive level by resolving customer concerns promptly and addressing needs through engagement of all relevant GEHC resources. Additionally, promote the use of service offerings, identify and escalate commercial service needs, and actively contribute to improving customer NPS
Build strong internal relationships within the EAM network and with local sales teams, and leverage these effectively
Support the preparation of comprehensive proposals and pricing for major projects in collaboration with GEHC Regional Commercial Operations and the Healthcare Partners team
Ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with commercial contracts in accordance with GEHC policies (invoicing, revenue recognition, procurement, receivables management)
Requirements
Bachelor's degree from a university or college (e.g., Healthcare IT, Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or Civil Engineering) or equivalent qualification/studies
Extensive experience selling complex capital equipment to large customers in the hospital/clinical market
Solid knowledge and experience in the medical device market
Strong expertise in the healthcare high‑tech / health‑IT industry and a good understanding of health‑economic strategies in relevant markets
Proven success in building and maintaining relationships with C-level executives
Willingness to travel regularly and possession of a valid driver's license
Confident communication skills in German and English
