About this role
Role Overview
Identify and research potential clients in target markets (US markets primarily).
Conduct outbound prospecting via cold calls, emails, LinkedIn, and other channels.
Qualify inbound and outbound leads based on predefined criteria.
Schedule discovery calls and product demos for Account Executives.
Maintain accurate records of all activities in CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
Develop and execute strategic outreach campaigns.
Understand company IT products/services and clearly articulate value propositions.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead generation efforts.
Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales development targets.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field (preferred).
5-8 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation (preferably in IT/SaaS).
Strong understanding of US market dynamics and B2B sales processes.
Excellent communication and presentation skills (verbal and written).
Experience using CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, etc.).
Ability to handle objections and negotiate effectively.
Self-motivated with strong time management skills.
