Head of Business Development – VP

Role Overview

• Manage the overall client onboarding
• Participate in sales processes and discovery sessions
• Develop significant expertise on industry trends
• Represent the firm at regional conferences
• Develop European Fund Connect strategic product positioning
• Partner with marketing to deliver on Fund Connect European product positioning
• Create an integrated view of Fund Connect European product and competitive opportunities
• Develop recommendations on product gaps
• Serve as local Outsourced Performance Manager

Requirements

• A degree in a related discipline
• FCA certified role
• BS/BA and 7+ years of experience leading a product in the financial services industry
• Experience with exchange traded funds strongly desired
• Strong knowledge of global financial markets
• Strategic thinker able to independently lead initiatives across functions
• Experience driving business initiatives from concept to implementation strongly desired
• Strong execution skills
• Demonstrated business product strategy expertise
• Excellent communicator, experienced in presenting to senior leaders and clients
