About this role
Role Overview
Report into the Sales Operations Manager-MEA.
Support Bridgestone’s entities across the Middle East and Africa.
Work with Sales Managers, HQ Pricing, and the Logistics & Supply Chain Management (LSCM) teams.
Coordinate order collection and shipment execution, supporting forecasting activities.
Prepare internal business review meetings.
Ensure proper implementation of company processes and monitor local sales performance.
Requirements
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Sales, or Economics.
Certification in Sales Operations, Project Management is an advantage.
Advanced training in Data Analytics, Forecasting, or CRM systems preferred.
5–8 years of experience in sales operations, or commercial management roles.
Proven track record in forecasting, order management, and process implementation within a regional or multinational environment.
Experience in the automotive, manufacturing, or FMCG sectors is desirable.
Strong command of MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
Proficiency with ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and CRM tools.
Excellent understanding of forecasting models, demand planning, and sales analysis.
Ability to manage and coordinate cross-functional operational processes.
Fluent in English (written and spoken).
