You take on (revenue) responsibility for a clearly defined portfolio of media agencies and specialist intermediaries (e.g., WPP, Omnicom, Publicis, Dentsu, Pilot, etc.).
You systematically develop relationships, identify new opportunities, and strengthen our network in the out-of-home advertising market.
You manage and advise your agency portfolio at a national level and independently conduct negotiations and quarterly reviews.
You create persuasive proposals and drive the active sales of our digital and analog communication offerings as well as our programmatic advertising solutions.
You work closely with pricing/terms management, campaigning/account management, and the direct sales team to ensure offers, bookings, and campaigns run smoothly.
You support your agencies at events and industry occasions and present our products and innovations convincingly.
Requirements
You have at least 3 years of professional experience in sales or account management within the media industry, ideally in the out-of-home sector or in an agency environment.
You have a strong network within the agency landscape and sound knowledge of the media/out-of-home advertising market.
You are familiar with programmatic advertising.
You have completed commercial vocational training or hold a degree in business/economics — ideally with a focus on marketing, media, or communications.
You have an open, communicative manner and strong presentation skills.
You demonstrate high initiative and proactivity, are customer-oriented, and are motivated to introduce new impulses in sales.
You are proficient with common MS Office applications (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
You are willing to travel.
You have good written and spoken German and English skills.
