Own and deliver critical TA projects with focus on Vodafone’s Commercial divisions, acting as an expert consultant to multiple stakeholders
Deliver restless research, high-quality assessment of potential, skills and behaviours as well as functional excellence throughout the TA process, to ensure that our TA KPIs will be met (candidate experience, time-to-hire, diversity etc.)
Partner with HR Business Partners and hiring managers across different teams, to analyse hiring needs and deliver effective attraction, sourcing and selection strategies aiming at hiring top-tier talent
Collaborate with Vodafone’s global TA community, sharing best practices and co-working on the effective launch and adoption of future-ready TA tools with AI-based functionalities
Participate in Employer Branding initiatives and represent Vodafone in career events and meet-ups

You have gained 2+ years of progressive Talent Acquisition experience within a tech-driven environment
You possess strong stakeholder management skills and capability of managing multiple projects in a tech-driven, fast-paced and agile environment
You have learning agility, resilience, genuine curiosity and passion for technology
You have strong critical thinking and judgement ability as well as advanced communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
