About this role
Role Overview
Identification and qualification of new potential customers through structured outbound outreach
Taking ownership of qualified opportunities in the sales process
Active pipeline management including maintenance, prioritization and realistic forecasting
Preparing deals for sales management
Supporting sales management in ongoing sales processes
Close collaboration with SDRs, Solution Consultants and Marketing
Ensuring high data quality in the CRM system
Requirements
Degree in business or a comparable qualification
Minimum of 5 years' experience in B2B sales, ideally in a SaaS or tech environment
Strong understanding of complex sales processes, deal structures and decision-making paths
Structured, data-driven working style
Experience with CRM systems such as HubSpot
Team player who takes responsibility and supports others
Excellent German and English skills
