Lead or participate in projects such as events, the employee referral program, ATS processes, hiring processes, candidate experience initiatives, and recruitment tools
Requirements
Proven experience recruiting business profiles for scale-ups or fast-paced companies: minimum 4 years (we're looking for a mid-to-senior level profile)
Desire to grow as an individual contributor (IC) and work with multiple stakeholders
Native French speaker and fluent in English
Tech-savvy (ATS, LinkedIn, automation tools, Notion) and strong sourcing skills
