Achieves staffing objectives by recruiting and evaluating job candidates and advising Director of Fitness Operations of pre-qualified candidates for a Personal Trainer position
Builds applicant sources by researching applicant job request through Indeed, Facebook, LinkedIn and other online job career sites
Attracts applicants by placing job advertisements on various platforms
Determines and evaluates applicant qualifications by conducting initial interviews with applicants, analyzing responses and comparing qualifications to job requirements.
Arranges management interviews by coordinating schedules
Sharing and reporting recruitment activities, including goals, plans and learning through review meetings
Avoids legal challenges by understanding current legislation and support EEO policies (Equal Employment Opportunities)
Requirements
Prefer candidate with previous recruitment experience in Fitness and Health Industry
Must understand fitness industry and qualifications to be a certified personal trainer
Excellent communication skills both verbal and written, computer efficiency in both Microsoft and Apple platforms
Familiarity with job boards, database and ATS and HRIS
