Provide support for the administrative routines of the Digital Products Directorate, ensuring organization and the proper flow of internal processes.
Assist in preparing supporting materials and presentations for the department.
Manage purchase requests, organize demands, and monitor internal workflows.
Organize supplier documentation, ensuring records are up to date and accessible.
Post invoice entries and support the department's financial reporting and reconciliation.
Ensure compliance and efficiency of the financial routines related to the directorate's administrative activities.
Contribute to monitoring and controlling budgets, consolidating the department's financial information.
Support the organization and tracking of the Digital Products Directorate's budget.
Support operational relationships with suppliers.
Keep supplier records up to date.
Organize documents and information related to suppliers, ensuring easy access and control.
Requirements
Education: Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Previous experience with administrative and/or financial routines is required.
Experience handling payment control, invoice entries, or related activities.
Intermediate Excel skills.
Basic knowledge of administrative and financial routines, such as payment workflows, invoices, and purchase requests.
Knowledge of the RM TOTVS system is a plus.
